On a very hot and humid summers day the Worcestershire team started slowly finding their way round a tricky course that proved difficult to keep the ball on the fairways, due to the hard ground conditions. After a lethargic start Worcestershire proved to be the stronger and adapted to the fairways and greens better than the home county. Particular mention to David Burton making his debut for the under14 team, who played extremely well in the afternoon only dropping a few shots to par. Well done to all the team as everyone battled on regardless.
